Information you share
When the inquiry form is active, it asks for your name, email address, service of interest, project details and your acknowledgement of this notice. A phone number and estimated budget are optional for general inquiries. Book demo requests also ask for a phone number and State or Union Territory, and carry the selected plan details.
To protect the form from abuse, the application may process request metadata such as an IP address and keep a short-lived rate counter based on its hash. The counter does not contain your message.
Why we use it
Inquiry details are used to understand and respond to your request, discuss scope, and prepare a quotation if appropriate. Book demo details are used to follow up about the selected plan. Request metadata is used to limit automated or excessive submissions. The form requests a demo follow-up but does not schedule a calendar appointment.
Where it goes
When configured, the form sends inquiries through Resend to an authorized Loonice recipient inbox. Book demo requests are also sent to the configured Telegram chat. Upstash Redis is used for short-lived rate limiting. Provider accounts, locations and contract terms must be reviewed by the owner before launch. Inquiry details are not published on the website.
Retention and deletion
The owner must confirm how long inquiry emails are kept and how deletion is handled before this notice is finalized. The abuse counter expires after 15 minutes of inactivity under the current implementation. Any inbox retention policy is still to be confirmed.
Safeguards
The form validates submissions on the server, limits request size and rate, and keeps delivery credentials on the server. Access to provider accounts and recipient inboxes must be controlled by the owner. No online system can be described as risk-free.
Questions or data requests
For questions about an inquiry or to request access or deletion, email contact@loonice.com. The owner must confirm the handling process before public launch.
