Refund Policy

How cancellations and refunds for custom digital services need to be addressed. Final policy choices are still pending review.

Draft prepared 26 October 2026

Owner and legal review required. This is a working draft. Business details and policy choices must be confirmed before public launch.

Custom digital work

Website, app, automation, SaaS and campaign services may involve custom work performed in stages. The cancellation and refund rules for each service must be stated in its written quotation or client agreement before work begins.

Milestones and deliverables

The owner must define how deposits, completed milestones, work in progress and accepted deliverables are handled if a project stops. No standard refund percentage or deadline is confirmed in this draft.

Third-party expenses

Domain registrations, hosting, ad spend, provider subscriptions, transaction fees and other external expenses may be governed by a provider's own terms. A quotation should identify such expenses and whether any are refundable before purchase.

How to raise a concern

For a question about project work or a cancellation, use the contact details in your written agreement. For a general inquiry, visit the contact page. Do not submit payment card details through the inquiry form.

Policy still under review

This page is a working outline. The owner and legal adviser must finalize cancellation steps, timing, refund eligibility and any applicable consumer rights before public launch. A signed agreement will state the operative terms for a client project.
